We offer two delivery options within the Lower 48: Standard Curbside and optional Premium In-Home Delivery.
Most customers qualify for FREE Premium In-Home Delivery in our core “In Area” zones, which are based on proximity to major airport hubs. Addresses farther away may fall into extended zones, where additional delivery or service fees can apply.
With curbside delivery, your Plunge is brought to your driveway or curb. With Premium In-Home, our carrier brings the unit inside at entry level and removes packaging (setup is still done by you).

Premium In-home delivery for the Plunge All-In includes delivery to your preferred location on the first level of your home, unpacking of the unit, and removal of packaging materials. It does not include setup or connection to power.

How quick and easy is the All-In setup process?
The All-In requires very little setup. Our delivery team will place the tub in your desired location, so all you need to do is fill it with water and plug it in. It's truly a "Plug and Plunge" experience!
How soon will I be plunging?
Below the “Add to Cart” button, you will see the estimated ship dates for the specific product you choose.“In Stock” will ship within 8 business days. This delivery time applies to the lower 48 U.S. states. For Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories, please allow an additional 2-3 weeks. What are the electrical requirements?
Your Plunge All-In will need to be plugged into an outlet with a dedicated 120V 15A circuit. The term "dedicated" means that the electrical circuit for your Plunge can not be used for any other electrical items.

I wake up at 5:30-6am in New York. I start reading in bed and doing a brain games like crosswords for about 30-45 minutes before getting out of bed. I like to get my brain moving right away. I then make my bed and get right in the plunge for 4 minutes. During the last minute, I submerge as much as possible, including hands and face. My temp is 42F. I then dry off and take my dog for a walk and feed him. I then take vitamins with two glasses of warm water and electrolytes. I also drink a short coffee with ghee. I do not each my first meal until after 12pm. After that, I begin to floss my knees before doing 1:30-2 hours of working out in my home gym. I drink 1.5 liters of water during this period. After the workout, I get into a 200F dry sauna for 15 minutes. I stretch in the sauna. I get out and rest for 1-2 minutes before getting back in for an additional 5-10 minutes before showering and starting the bulk of my workday. I drink an additional 1.5 liters of water before 10am. Sometimes before bed at night, I do 15 minutes of sauna, but it’s not everyday. More like once a week.
And that’s my routine. Been doing that for about 2 years now

My All-in tub arrived 12 days ago and I'm pleased to say I've taken the plunge every day since - and it's been great! I love the ability to set a specific water temperature from the tub's control panel or the app, plus the low maintenance design of the All-in so I can plunge any time without delay. The app is also great for motivation, tracking sessions and following a maintenance schedule. And my wife and I love the clean elegant design of the All-in which is important since it's located on our deck where we frequently entertain. The All-in has been a wonderful addition to our daily health and wellness routine.

I bought the Original Plunge a few years ago, and very much enjoyed the plunging experience. I recently upgraded to the Plunge All-In and couldn't be happier thus far. It is roughly the same footprint as the Original but the tub is far more spacious inside, and I absolutely love the fact all the components, including the chiller, are contained within the unit. Changing the filter is SO much easier and less messy than the with the Original.
